Once an order has been placed, we can not make any changes. Please double- and triple-check your items, quantities, personalization and shipping info before hitting Submit.
We are a small family business and can unfortunately not accept returns of customized physical products, unless our production partner has made an error.
If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving to arrange for a replacement or refund. Please contact us at info @ 16kiddos.com with your order number and the item you would like to return and we will provide information about next steps.
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you provide your order number and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control and prevention of the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
For packages damaged in the mail we ask that you review the Shipping Policy and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
